Membership application

When you complete the application form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, address, email, phone, date of birth, nationality, information on the property or organisation). We use this data exclusively for association purposes: reviewing the application, membership administration, communication with members and fees. You will only receive communications by email if you have consented to this.

Contact by email

If you send us an email, we use your details only to handle your enquiry.

Disclosure of data

We do not sell personal data or pass it on for advertising purposes. Only the responsible board members have access. The website and database are operated by a hosting provider that stores the data on our behalf.

Retention

We keep member data for the duration of the membership and beyond that only where required by statutory retention obligations or the legitimate interests of the association. Rejected applications are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed.

Website, cookies and server logs

This website does not use any analytics or tracking services and does not embed third-party content. Only technically necessary cookies are set: a session cookie (for form security and the login to the administration area) and a cookie that stores your chosen language. Your choice of light or dark colour scheme is stored only locally in your browser. When you visit the website, the server logs technical data such as IP address, time and page requested; this is used for security and to operate the website.

Your rights

You may request information about the personal data we hold about you at any time and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, unless retention obligations apply. Please contact info@vereingrubenstrasse.ch.

Changes

We may amend this privacy policy as required. The version published on this website applies.
